Reading the Engaged Visitors Table

Last updated: September 15, 2026

The Engaged Visitors table lists the individual people who talked to your agent, one row each. Use it when the metric cards tell you something changed and you want to see who is behind the number.

How do you open the Engaged Visitors table?

The table sits on the Visitors tab of the Marketing Agent Dashboard. The dashboard opens on the Accounts tab, so you need to switch tabs to reach it.

  1. Sign in to app.docketai.com and click Marketing Agent Dashboard in the left sidebar.
  2. Choose the agent and the date range you want to review.
  3. Click the Visitors tab, below the metric cards.

If the table is empty, check the agent, the date range, and any active filters before concluding there was no activity.

What does each column in the Engaged Visitors table tell you?

Five columns always appear. A sixth, Qualification Status, appears when you select a single agent.

ColumnWhat it shows
Engaged VisitorsThe visitor. Anonymous visitors appear under a generated handle such as visitor_88cf. Once a visitor gives an email address, their name and email replace the handle.
ConversationsHow many separate conversations this visitor had with the agent.
Inferred CompanyThe company Docket matched to the visitor, where one could be identified.
LocationThe visitor's location, where one could be identified.
Last InteractionThe length of the most recent conversation, the agent that handled it, and the date and time.
Qualification StatusQualified, Partially Qualified, or Not Qualified, from post-call analysis. Appears when one agent is selected.

Read the columns together rather than one at a time. A visitor with several conversations, a recent Last Interaction, and a qualified status is a stronger follow-up than an older single visit.

Why is the Qualification Status column missing?

Qualification Status comes from post-call analysis, and post-call analysis fields are configured per agent. The column only appears when the agent selector is set to one agent. Under All Agents the table shows the five standard columns.

The same rule applies to any custom post-call analysis fields you have created. Select the agent that owns them and they appear as extra columns. See Selecting an Agent in the Dashboard.

How do you sort and search the table?

Click the arrows beside Conversations or Last Interaction to sort by that column. Use Search at the top of the page to find a specific visitor or company.

The table header shows how many rows are loaded out of the total, for example Engaged Visitors (20/149). Scroll to load more.

How do you narrow the table to a specific group of visitors?

Use Filter at the top right. It can narrow by conversation length, number of interactions, whether an email was captured, whether a CTA was engaged, whether the conversation was handed to a human, and qualification status.

Two of the filters, Status and Leads, match on the visitor's account rather than the visitor, which changes what you should expect to see. Filtering Dashboard Visitors explains both groups.

How do you get this table out of Docket?

Click Export above the table to download it as a CSV file. The export can also include conversation summaries, pain points, discovery questions, next steps, and full transcripts, none of which appear as columns on screen.

Because transcripts can be included, review an export before you share it. See Exporting Dashboard Data.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a visitor show as visitor_1a2b instead of a name?

That visitor has not given an email address yet. Docket assigns a stable handle so you can still follow their activity across conversations, and replaces it with the real name and email once they share one.

Why is Inferred Company or Location blank for some visitors?

Docket infers both from the visitor's network, and inference does not always return a match. A blank cell means no confident match was available, not that the data was lost.

Can I see which conversations were voice and which were text?

Not from this table. The Last Interaction column shows the conversation length, the agent, and the timestamp, but not the channel.

How do I find visitors who came back more than once?

Open Filter and set Filter by Interactions to 2–5 interactions or 5+ interactions. There is no separate returning-visitor flag, so the interaction count is how you identify them.

Why does the row count differ from Total Interactions?

They count different things. Total Interactions counts conversations, and the table counts visitors. One visitor who came back three times is one row and three interactions.

Where do Qualified, Partially Qualified and Not Qualified come from?

From the agent's post-call analysis, which reads each completed conversation against the criteria you configured. See Creating Post-Call Analysis Fields and Understanding Analysis and Actions.

The table is empty but I know we had traffic. What should I check?

Check the three scoping controls in order: the agent selector, the date range, and the Filter panel. An active filter is the most common cause, and the Filter button shows a count when any filter is applied.
