Exporting Dashboard Data

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Use dashboard export when your team needs to review Marketing Agent performance outside Docket, combine it with campaign reporting, or share a point-in-time analysis.

Before You Export

Confirm:

  • The right agent is selected.

  • The right date range is selected.

  • Any table filters are intentional.

  • The exported data will be handled according to your team's privacy rules.

Export Workflow

  1. Open the Marketing Agent Dashboard.

  2. Select the agent.

  3. Select the date range.

  4. Apply any visitor filters.

  5. Use the export action.

  6. Review the exported file before sharing it.

Best Practices

  • Name exported files with the agent and date range.

  • Avoid sharing exports broadly if they include visitor or lead information.

  • Use the same date range when comparing exports across agents.

Verify the Export

  1. Confirm the selected agent, date range, and visitor filters.

  2. Run the dashboard export.

  3. Open the exported file and confirm its scope matches the dashboard selection.

  4. Check that expected columns and representative rows are present before sharing the file.

The export is ready when its agent, reporting window, filters, columns, and representative rows match the dashboard view.
