Using 7D, 30D, 90D, and Custom Date Ranges

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Use dashboard date ranges to review Marketing Agent performance over the period that matches your reporting question.

Choosing a Range

Range

Use when

7D

You want a recent pulse after a campaign, launch, or configuration change.

30D

You want a month-level view of traffic and conversion behavior.

90D

You want a broader trend view.

Custom

You need to match a campaign, experiment, or reporting window.

Best Practices

  • Use the same date range when comparing agents.

  • Avoid judging a low-traffic agent from a very short range.

  • Use Custom when reporting on a specific launch or A/B test.

  • Confirm the agent selector and date range before exporting data.

Verify the Date Range

  1. Select 7D, 30D, or 90D and confirm the active range changes.

  2. Confirm the metric cards and visitor table refresh for that period.

  3. For Custom, choose the intended start and end dates and apply the range.

  4. Before exporting or comparing agents, confirm the same range remains selected.

The range is applied when the control shows the intended period and the dashboard refreshes to that reporting window.

Troubleshooting

Issue

What to check

Custom range returns no activity

Confirm the dates are ordered correctly and the selected agent had activity during that period.

Comparison looks inconsistent

Use the same agent scope, date range, and filters for both views.

Recent activity is absent

Reload the dashboard and confirm the activity occurred within the selected range.
