Selecting an Agent in the Dashboard
Last updated: September 15, 2026
The agent selector scopes the whole dashboard to one agent. It does more than filter the numbers: selecting a single agent is also what brings that agent's post-call analysis columns into the table and into your exports.
How do you select an agent in the Marketing Agent Dashboard?
The selector sits at the top left of the dashboard, next to the Overview heading. It reads All Agents until you choose one.
- Sign in to app.docketai.com and click Marketing Agent Dashboard in the left sidebar.
- Click the All Agents selector.
- Choose an agent from the list. The list scrolls, so keep scrolling if you have more agents than the menu shows at once.
- Confirm the metric cards and the table below have refreshed for that agent.
What changes when you select a single agent?
Three things change: the metric cards recalculate for that agent, the Accounts and Visitors tables list only that agent's activity, and the agent's post-call analysis fields become available as columns.
That third change is the one that surprises people. Post-call analysis fields are configured per agent, so Docket cannot show them while the dashboard is set to All Agents. Under All Agents the Visitors table shows five standard columns. Select one agent and Qualification Status, plus any custom fields you created for that agent, appear alongside them.
The same rule applies in two other places:
- Filter offers a Qualification Status option only when one agent is selected.
- Export Custom View lists a Post call Analysis fields group only when one agent is selected.
So if a column, filter, or export option you expect is missing, check the agent selector first.
When should you use All Agents instead?
Use All Agents for a workspace-wide total: overall interaction volume, total leads, and total meetings across every agent. The Last Interaction column names the agent that handled each conversation, so you can still tell which agent did what.
Switch to a single agent when you want to compare agents against each other, review a campaign, troubleshoot one funnel, or work with post-call analysis fields.
How do you come back to the same agent next time?
Bookmark the page once the agent is selected. Your choice is written into the page URL, so the bookmark reopens the dashboard on that agent, and the link works for colleagues too.
The dashboard itself opens on All Agents each time you sign in, so if you review one agent regularly, a bookmark saves you reselecting it.
Why is an agent missing from the selector?
Work through these in order.
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| The agent is not in the list | The list scrolls and shows only a few entries at a time. Scroll to the bottom before concluding it is absent. |
| The agent is still missing after scrolling | Confirm you have access to it, and that it has not been archived. See Archiving and Managing Agent Lifecycle. |
| Numbers do not change when you switch agents | Confirm the second agent had activity in the selected date range, then reload the page. |
| Rows look unrelated to the agent | Recheck the date range and the Filter panel before opening a record. The Filter button shows a count when any filter is active. |
Frequently asked questions
Why can I no longer see all the columns I used to see?
The dashboard is almost certainly set to All Agents. Post-call analysis columns are agent-specific and are hidden in the All Agents view. Select the agent that owns those fields and the columns return.
Can I set a default agent so the dashboard opens on it?
No. The dashboard opens on All Agents every time. Bookmark the URL with your agent selected, or send that link to a colleague, to land on a specific agent directly.
Can I compare two agents side by side?
Not on one screen. Select the first agent, note the numbers, then select the second using the same date range. Keeping the range identical is what makes the comparison fair.
Why do different agents offer different columns?
Because each agent has its own post-call analysis configuration. An agent with no custom fields shows only Qualification Status, while an agent with several shows one column per field. See Creating Post-Call Analysis Fields.
Do conversations from an archived agent still appear?
Conversations already recorded are not deleted when an agent is archived, so historical activity can still appear in the All Agents view. The archived agent itself is no longer offered in the selector.
