Filtering Dashboard Visitors
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Use visitor filters to narrow the engaged visitor table to the conversations or visitor records you need to review.
When to Filter
Filter visitor records when you need to review a specific segment, investigate follow-up quality, or find conversations related to a campaign or agent.
Filter Workflow
Open the Marketing Agent Dashboard.
Select the agent and date range.
Go to the engaged visitors table.
Apply the available filters or search terms.
Open individual records when you need more context.
Best Practices
Set the agent and date range before filtering.
Use filters to narrow review work, not to replace post-call analysis fields.
Export only after confirming the visible table matches the review scope.
Verify Visitor Filters
Set the intended agent and date range before adding filters.
Apply one visitor filter or search value.
Confirm every visible row matches that criterion.
Clear the filter and confirm the broader result set returns before exporting.
Filtering is working when the table narrows to matching visitor rows and clearing the filter restores the unfiltered scope.
Troubleshooting
Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
No rows match | Check the agent, date range, spelling, and whether the filtered field is populated for those visitors. |
Rows do not match the filter | Clear all filters, reload the dashboard, and apply one criterion at a time. |
Export contains unexpected rows | Confirm the visible table and active filters immediately before exporting. |
