Understanding the Agents Dashboard

Last updated: July 22, 2026

The Agents dashboard is where your team creates, searches, opens, and monitors Docket Marketing Agents. Use this page when you want to create a new agent, review existing agents, or open an agent to change its configuration.

Before you begin, sign in to Docket and open Marketing Agent Configuration from the left sidebar.

  1. Create Agent opens the creation flow.

  2. Search agents filters the list under Your Agents.

The crop excludes all agent records. No dashboard content was reconstructed.

What You Can Do From This Page

  • Review all existing agents under Your Agents.

  • Use Search agents to find a specific agent by name.

  • Click an agent card to open its configuration.

  • Review recent card-level metrics such as Total Interactions and Engagement.

  • Use Create Agent to start creating a new agent when the control is available to you.

Reading the Dashboard

  1. Dashboard purpose: The Build Your AI Agent header confirms that you are on the agent management page.

  2. Search agents: Use this field to narrow the list when your workspace has many agents.

  3. Create Agent: Starts the agent creation flow.

  4. Agent list: The Your Agents section contains the agents available in your workspace.

  5. Agent cards: Each card shows the agent status, name, description, and recent performance metrics. Open a card to edit that agent.

The status appears at the top of the card.

  1. The agent name and description identify the record you are opening.

  2. Last 7 Days shows the current card-level interaction and engagement metrics.

Searching and Finding Agents

Use Search agents when your workspace has multiple agents or when you know the agent name. Search by the clearest part of the name, then clear the field to return to the full Your Agents list.

If an agent is still hard to find, check whether you are in the correct workspace and whether the agent is active, draft, or archived.

Reading Agent Card Metrics

Agent cards show recent performance signals so you can decide which agent to open first. Use these metrics as directional indicators, then open Marketing Agent Dashboard for deeper reporting.

Common card-level signals include:

Metric

Total Interactions

Engagement

Status
