  2. Move through the configuration tabs in the setup sequence above.

  3. Open Preview to test the visitor experience.

Verify Your Frst Setup

Before you send visitors to the agent, confirm that:

  1. The agent opens from Your Agents and shows the expected name and status.

  2. Preview answers at least three common visitor questions using approved information.

  3. The intended CTA, meeting-booking path, or handoff appears when its condition is met.

  4. The Widget tab reflects the expected appearance and behavior.

  5. The Deploy tab shows the installation or standalone-page option you intend to use.

  6. After a test interaction, Marketing Agent Dashboard shows activity for the agent.

Your first setup is ready when the agent can complete the intended visitor journey in Preview and you can identify its activity in the dashboard.

Planning Multiple Agents

Use separate agents when different visitor journeys need different instructions, knowledge, CTAs, or routing. A homepage agent, pricing agent, and product-page agent can share some source content, but each should have a clear job and a focused setup.

Before creating multiple agents, decide:

  • Which page or campaign each agent supports.

  • What source content each agent should use.

  • Which CTA, meeting scheduler, or handoff path each agent should trigger.

  • How you will compare performance in the dashboard.

Start with a small number of high-impact agents and expand after you can see which pages and conversations perform best.

How to Know You Are in the Right Place

You are on the correct starting page when the page title is Agents and the main header says Build Your AI Agent.
