How to Validate a Widget Deployment

After installing the Docket script, validate the deployment before sending traffic to the page.
Validation Checklist
Confirm the correct agent is active.
Confirm the website domain is whitelisted.
Confirm the script is installed on the intended pages.
Open the target page in a clean browser session.
Confirm the widget appears according to the configured behavior.
Start a test conversation.
Confirm CTAs, meeting booking, handoff, and post-call actions work as expected.
What to Check in Docket
Review these settings before testing the live page:
Widget tab: appearance, domain whitelist, page targeting, and behavior.
Deploy tab: copied script, standalone page, and IP access rules.
Agent tab: instructions, persona, CTAs, Work Hours, and handoff.
Analysis and Actions tab: post-call analysis and sync settings.

Verify the Complete Deployment
Confirm the expected Docket script loads once on an allowed page.
Open the widget and complete a short text interaction.
Test voice, CTA, meeting, slide, and video behavior that the agent uses.
Confirm the widget stays hidden on excluded pages and blocked networks.
Review the browser console and network panel for blocked Docket resources.
Repeat at desktop and mobile widths before production sign-off.
