Deploy a Marketing Agent

Use the Deploy tab to add your agent to a website, share it as a standalone page, or control who can access it.

Open the Deploy Tab

  1. Open Marketing Agent Configuration.

  2. Select the agent you want to deploy.

  3. Select Deploy.

Add the Agent to Your Website

  1. Expand Add widget to your domain or page.

  2. Select Copy Script.

  3. Add the script to your website, or select Email to Web Admin to send the installation instructions to the person who manages your site.

Share a Standalone Page

Use Standalone Page when you want a link to a full-page version of the agent.

  • Select Copy URL to copy the hosted page link.

  • Select Email to Web Admin to send the page details by email.

Control Access

Expand IP Access Rules to allow or restrict access by IP address, IP range, or ASN.

  1. Enter the network value you want the rule to match.

  2. Add a label that your team will recognize.

  3. Select Add Rule.

The values shown in the screenshot are examples from the documentation. Enter the values supplied by your network or security team.

Review your rules before sharing the agent. A restrictive rule can prevent an intended visitor from opening the widget or standalone page.

Verify the Deployment

  1. Open the website or standalone URL in a private browser window.

  2. Confirm the agent loads.

  3. Start a test conversation.

  4. Confirm the expected CTA, booking, or handoff behavior appears.

Troubleshooting Deployment Options

Problem

What to check

Copy Script is empty

Refresh the agent configuration and confirm the agent has a generated deployment script.

Standalone Page URL is unavailable

Save the agent configuration, then reopen the Deploy tab.

A tester cannot open the agent

Review IP Access Rules and test from an allowed network.

The wrong agent appears

Return to Marketing Agent Configuration and confirm you opened the intended agent before copying deployment values.
