Apps and Integrations Overview
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Use Apps and Integrations to connect Docket with the tools your team uses for content, CRM, meetings, and marketing operations.
Integrations are managed from Settings.

Open Apps and Integrations
Log in to app.docketai.com.
Click Settings in the left sidebar.
Open the Integrations tab.
The page is titled Apps and Integrations.
Available Integration Areas
The live Integrations page includes these app cards:
Integration | Typical Use |
|---|---|
Slack | Sync or connect Slack content and workflows. |
Teams | Sync or connect Microsoft Teams content. |
Google Drive | Sync content from Google Drive. |
Intercom | Sync content from Intercom. |
Sharepoint | Sync content from SharePoint. |
Salesforce CRM | Sync Salesforce CRM content and support CRM write-back workflows. |
HubSpot | Sync HubSpot CRM content and support CRM write-back workflows. |
Google Calendar Service Account | Connect calendar availability for meeting workflows. |
Zoom | Connect Zoom for scheduled meetings. |
Marketo | Connect Marketo for marketing automation write-back. |
Available integrations may vary by workspace permissions and product plan.
Connected vs Not Connected
Each card shows whether the integration is ready to use.
Connect means the integration still needs authorization or setup.
Connected cards can show who connected the integration and when.
If an integration is connected globally, individual agents may still require additional setup in their configuration tabs. For example, CRM and marketing automation writeback is configured per agent in Analysis and Actions.
Integration Setup Pattern
Most integrations follow this pattern:
Connect the app from Settings > Integrations.
Complete any vendor-side authorization or prerequisite setup.
Configure what Docket can read or write.
Open the relevant agent configuration page.
Enable the agent-level feature that should use the integration.
Test with a real but safe workflow.
