Connected vs Not Connected

Each card shows whether the integration is ready to use.

  • Connect means the integration still needs authorization or setup.

  • Connected cards can show who connected the integration and when.

If an integration is connected globally, individual agents may still require additional setup in their configuration tabs. For example, CRM and marketing automation writeback is configured per agent in Analysis and Actions.

Integration Setup Pattern

Most integrations follow this pattern:

  1. Connect the app from Settings > Integrations.

  2. Complete any vendor-side authorization or prerequisite setup.

  3. Configure what Docket can read or write.

  4. Open the relevant agent configuration page.

  5. Enable the agent-level feature that should use the integration.

  6. Test with a real but safe workflow.
